Introduction to Painting in Oils
with Michael Doyle
A ten (10) week session
No class on 2/19 & 3/25
Students learn basic techniques and mechanics of oil painting to help guide them from inspiration to expression. Working from still-life set-ups, students build paintings as they consider the relationship of objects within a composition, as well as the overall picture including color, hue, and intensity.
