The Unbroken Circle
A Tribute to Quita Brodhead (1901-2002)

March 2–24, 2003

Opening Reception: March 1, 2003, 5:00-8:00 pm

“The Unbroken Circle” will honor one of the Wayne Art Center’s late founders, painter Quita Brodhead (1901-2002).  The invitational exhibition will feature paintings, works on paper, sculpture, crafts and jewelry by more than 70 artists including: Edna Andrade, Jan Baltzell, Alice Brodhead, Arthur B. Carles, Charles Cajori, Jacqueline Cotter, Deborah Deichler, Phil Geiger, Tara Goings, Penelope Harris, Susan B. Howard, Nicholas King, Diana Kingman, James Lloyd, Sarah McEneaney, Philip Mott, Scott Noel, Mary Nomecos, Jane Piper, Bill Scott, Stuart Shils, Janice Wilke & others.  This exhibition will help establish the Quita Brodhead Memorial Fund to benefit programs at the Wayne Art Center.  This exhibition is sponsored by U.S. TRUST.
